Russell isn’t restricted by one methodology, he has studied many and works in whatever style or combination are most appropriate for your needs.

Above all else Russell believes that education is a duty and a life long responsibility. He holds dear the time honored craftsman tradition of studying under masters of their style and sees hair as one of the last professions where that tradition has survived in everyday life, and is thankful for it. When Russell isn’t working out of his own salon, he is working for and being taught by the best hairdressers in the world. He chooses each one of his mentors based on their knowledge, talent and diversity, and then shares it all with you.
